The client needed their new sales office turned around in a short timeframe to be able to open the doors to the public as soon as possible.
The largest component of the works was the joinery works. Having our own cabinet workshop meant we could easily manage the tight timeframe from a resourcing point of view, but the main challenge was that some of the specified finishes had greater lead times than what time was available.
Working closely with the client, we were able to overcome this obstacle by offering different solutions of equal material quality from suppliers that had the alternatives in stock.
Through some strong working relationships with the contractors involved, we were able to pull together to ensure the doors swung open to the public.
