Curtin Connect has become the new vibrant hub for future and current students at the University Central Precinct in Bentley following Swan Group's successful delivery of the major works project for long-term client, Curtin University.
The project unified multiple enquiry counters and contact points and was designed to provide personalised, responsive and agile customer service for students, in addition to a great working environment for staff.
Under 5 Separable Portions we transformed 4 buildings (101, 102, 200B and 302) with extensive fitout, refurbishment and structural works, as well as external landscaping to facilitate the new student transition pathway through the central Bentley campus.
Building 102, now named Curtin Connect, has become a dynamic space that provides a gateway for students to interact with Curtin staff and easily access the services and support they may need
The delivery of the Curtin Connect Project not only required the refurbishment of existing buildings, but also staff relocations and a consolidation of student services operational functions. Swan Group concurrently coordinated multiple internal and external service providers and the project directly impacted more than 300 Curtin University staff and stakeholders.
