This project was a refurbishment of an existing office. It included the demolition of a number of partition walls and the construction of meeting rooms and phone booths.
The new layout required all services trades to be brought in. In addition, our team co-ordinated the delivery and installation of the FFE, AV and the signage and graphics. The joinery was produced by our own internal joinery workshop.
This was a Greenstar project. All the documents submitted upon completion of the project to the Greenstar engineers were approved, and a 4 star Green Star rating was achieved the first time around.
Swan Group were requested to complete all the works to the Comms room and do a handover to Client three weeks prior to the completion of the project to allow Client IT to start their works.
