The Suncorp fitout was based on a design and build that incorporated existing furniture as well as the excisting fitout.

Suncorp in Perth was looking to consolidate their offices in Perth into the one building across two floors. Levels 12 and 13 in the Alluvion Building were selected, and Swan Group was engaged under the management of Jones Lang LaSalle to deliver the project. 

With an evolving design, and a brief that included optimizing reuse of the existing fitout, Swan Group was often called upon to provide advice on constructability and practicality of the proposed design solutions. This meant working closely with both the client and the design team to ensure smooth implementation on site. The onsite management of trades was critical to ensure that all the design changes were captured and implemented without impacting on the overall completion date of the project.

In utilizing our own internal trades for the architectural components of the build, we were able to work in closely with all of the services contractors in assisting them with any building works required for them to progress their works in a timely manner.

Swan Group delivered a functional and cost effective space across two floors that incorporates all of the client's key requirements for their new space.
