ISUZU DEALERSHIP REPAIR AND REFURBISHMENT

In 2021, a fire event caused significant damage to the Isuzu car sales showroom and workshop, leading to structural damage to the roof and extensive destruction of the main building. To restore the premises, Swan Group was entrusted with the responsibility of handling the demolition, cleaning, and reinstatement of the showroom building. Additionally, Swan were tasked with replacing the roofs of both the showroom and workshop.

During the initial stage of the project, Swan Group successfully completed the restoration of the workshop, ensuring that the tenant could continue their business operations smoothly from Monday to Saturday.

By collaborating closely with the tenant, Swan Group minimised disruptions and ensured that business closure times were kept to a minimum. The workshop area’s roof sheeting and purlins were expertly replaced, restoring the functionality and safety of the space.
