AVID Office Fitout

Swan were engaged by project lead and designers, State 28, to undertake the head office fitout for leading mining investments, commodity trading and business consulting firm, AVID.

The project spanned over two floors within 109 St Georges Terrace with the business now operating from Levels 16 & 19.

To save costs around 50% of the existing ceiling was retained through careful removal, storage and re-installation. It was imperative to coordinate the fitout with the base build works running concurrently to avoid any disruption to the prestigious tenants in the building.
