BP Office Fitout

Swan proudly collaborated with project leads and interiors designers, WeWork, to deliver BP’s new Head Office at 240 St Georges Terrace, Perth.

The Swan Projects team and our in-house joinery division, Swan Architectural Finishes, worked closely with WeWork through the Design & Construct process to establish BP’s needs and deliver their fitout within a fast-tracked programme.

Challenges included the speed of delivery required to meet the client’s relocation dates and coordination of building access with the considered volume of concurrent fitout and base build construction works.
