CliniKids – Telethon Kids Institute Joinery

Swan Architectural Finishes worked closely with principal contractor, Metrowest to manufacture and install the CliniKids – Telethon Kids Institute joinery and finishes package over two stages.

Just four weeks were available for the joinery components, to be installed in November, and three weeks for the curved banquet seating, to be installed in December prior to the project Practical Completion by Christmas 2018.

Timing was the critical factor due to the requirements to manage a number of external contractors, including upholsterers, during the busiest time of year leading up to the Christmas break.
