Western Australia’s premier resort, Crown Perth, added to already world-class guest facilities with the completion of the Pearl Room Salons Reconfiguration.

Swan considerately staged key aspects of the project around the activities of the operational hotel, gaming and entertainment facilities surrounding the site.

Our dedicated delivery team incorporated the procurement of long lead items and client-procured items into the construction programme to eliminate any delay and achieve Practical Completion ahead of Crown’s scheduled opening events.

The successful completion of the Pearl Room Salons  project showcased Swan’s expertise and professionalism, leading to their continued partnership with Crown Perth. In 2023, they were once again engaged by Crown for the addition of a no smoking balcony.
