Crown Promenade Hotel Refurbishment

The refurbishment incorporated 291 contemporary guest rooms across eight levels, along with the hotel corridors, foyer and business centre, staged over 18 weeks. Throughout the construction period, we were required to return a completed hotel room each week ready for use by guests.

Swan closely collaborated with Crown’s domestic fixtures and furniture suppliers to create a polished finish.

In the lobby a high level solar reflective film was installed to the atrium glazed roof as well as removal of old cladding. Feature wallpaper was introduced in the corridors and hotel rooms, and Belbien vinyl within the lift cars.
