Holiday Inn Ground Floor Fitout

Holiday Inn Perth received a complete renovation throughout 2015 with Swan engaged to deliver the final component, the Ground Floor fitout including the hotel lobby and café/bar/restaurant, Ivy & Jack.

The Ground Floor entrance greets incoming guests into a contemporary and spacious reception with strong linear design features such as timber slat walls and architectural baffle ceilings. The new Ivy & Jack restaurant and bar covers an expansive area stretching from the Hay Street entrance to the rear of the building. A barrister station now serves coffee to the public since the new glass frontage was installed featuring doors into the bar and restaurant.

Our four stage program allowed constant guest access to the occupied hotel rooms while also incorporating critical works being delivered by the base build contractor. The impressive result is testament to an innovative design incorporating exposed services, which challenges the use of traditional materials and features, having transformed every area into a truly interesting space.
