LEVEL 1, 28 THE ESPLANADE

Redhill Partners engaged Swan Group to construct the tenancy fitout for an incoming tenant. Working hand in hand with the talented design team at State 28 and services engineers ATA, a high-quality office space underwent a full floor refurbishment.

The fitout was tailored specifically to ensure the tenant’s workplace requirements were met. The design allows for agile working incorporating open-plan areas with collaboration spaces, new staff hub with polished concrete floors and staff lockers.

The client stated: “ The team of Mark and Rob has been incredible and definitely up there with the best team we have worked with. Tight timeframe and a job well done by all.” A testament to the great work by Swan.
