Discover the epitome of luxury travel at T1 Perth International Airport, where Swan has brought to life a captivating ‘home away from home’ lounge experience. Swan were awarded the fitout of this new lounge concept, which involved the relocation of the existing lounge into a larger premises. The lounge provides a serene sanctuary for travelers in this new, state of the art facility.

The project comprised of the demolition of the former lounge, paving the way for the creation of a welcoming foyer, living room, dining room, bar, servery, commercial kitchen, amenities and ancillary spaces. At the heart of this concept lies an expansive open design, capable of accommodating up to 140 passengers. The design features a ‘live’ cooking station and self-serve buffet and bar, Shower Suites and Work-friendly ‘productivity’ pods. Custom Batik artwork was also incorporated into the joinery, enhancing the lounge’s ambiance with cultural elegance.

Swan worked closely with consultants Architectus, Aurecon, DCWC and Attentus Consulting to bring this project to life.
