Swan Christian College – Roof Upgrade Works

Swan Christian College’s Middle Swan Campus is home to approximately 1,500 students, spanning from Kindergarten to year 12. When it came time for upgrade works, the Swan Group rose to the occasion, undertaking the project within the live and occupied school environment, encompassing five teaching blocks.

Careful planning was at the core of our approach. The refurbishment and roofing works were thoughtfully scheduled to align with the Christmas school holiday period, effectively reducing the need for high-risk activities during regular school terms. This strategic decision ensured minimal disruption to the students’ learning experience and provided a safe environment for all.

Throughout the project’s lifecycle, we maintained a strong and collaborative relationship with the client and the architect. Weekly look ahead programs kept everyone involved updated, fostering a smooth and efficient flow of work.

The scope of work encompassed comprehensive roofing and ceiling upgrades, complemented by necessary services upgrades for both mechanical and electrical systems.

Our attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensured that the campus now boasts enhanced facilities, providing an optimal learning environment for the young minds of Swan Christian College.
