UWA Guild Refectory Works

Prior to a major refurbishment of a number of F&B and retail tenancies at the UWA Guild precinct within the University of Western Australia, Swan were engaged to undertake a range of mechanical, roofing and other enabling works in the refectory.

All works were scheduled around the tenants continuing to trade and the timetables of the UWA students to avoid disruption and maintain a safe environment at all times.
