Westfield Whitford City Amenities Fitout & Tiling

Swan were engaged by Scentre Group to deliver the fitout of the expansive amenities within the newly developed F&B precinct as well as installing the external brick slip tiling across the North façade.

The key consideration was working under the developer which required close coordination of all architectural and services trade works in line with the base build construction programme.

A restricted timeframe was available so management of tiling and hydraulic trades was imperative. The project further added to Swan’s extensive retail works portfolio.
