The first major component to reach completion under Swan Group’s Curtin Connect project was Building 200B which comprised high quality fitout works across three large floorplates.
Following the relocation of the CO-OP Bookshop from B.200B to B.103, Swan Group carried out the demolition in preparation for the fitout to create the new offices and student drop-in facilities.
B.200B now houses the CITS Desktop Team and Human Resources which were previously located in B.101, another of the Curtin Connect buildings.
Swan Group worked in partnership with Swan Interiors and Swan Architectural Finishes to deliver the ceilings & partitioning and joinery packages so the standards of quality were closely controlled over a challenging timeframe.
The fitout was delivered concurrently alongside the other four interior projects and various landscaping works all falling under Curtin Connect.
