Eastern Hills Senior High School

Swan Group completed the refurbishment of the existing Eastern Hills SHS Canteen and Home Economics rooms, transforming these areas into state of the art facilities. The school remained live and occupied for the duration of the project.

Swan ensured an open line of communication with the school, with a two week look ahead program for planned shutdowns of noisy works.

The scope of work included the full upgrade of electrical, hydraulics and mechanical services, supply of new appliances inclusive of wheel chair access to all appliances and bench tops in the food studios, stainless steel joinery, new joinery, new stainless steel rangehoods, and refurbishment of the existing ceilings.
