Swanbourne Nedlands Surf Life Saving Club

Swan recently completed the highly anticipated Alterations and Additions to the Swanbourne Nedlands Surf Life Saving Club. This transformation upgrade brings excitement to the local community and over 700 members and volunteers who rely on these facilities year-round.

The project focused on state-of-the-art training facilities, modern change rooms, and additional storage capacity for vital rescue equipment, all designed to withstand the harsh coastal conditions. Cutting-edge materials like coastal cement, stainless steel brick hardware, and C5 paint-treated structural steel were used for durability and aesthetic appeal.

With Colordbond Ultra roofing products, external grade timber, and Arcashield treated render surfaces, the upgrade offers a safe, functional, and visually striking facility for generations to come.

We are immensely proud to have been part of this project, serving as a beacon of safety and unity in the community.

The scope of work include:

  • Demolish of existing building elements, including structural walls.
  • Clear and prepare all areas for construction.
  • New concrete slabs and structural steel.
  • Masonry and framed walls.
  • New roofing members, including replacement of existing roof sheeting.
  • High-detail fitout.
